I am Satya Prakash Sharma working on the post of Sr. Executive Engineer in Beas Sutlej Link Project (popularly known as BSL Project) of Bhakra Beas management Board (BBMB). Present I am in charge of Water Conductor System of BSL Project starting from Baggi Control Works to Sundernagar balancing Reservoir. 12.80 KM long hydel Channel popularly known as Sundernagar Hydel Channel traverses through high cutting and filling Zones and there are total 17 no. X-drainage works (i.e 01 no. Super Passage and 16 no. aqueducts) on this channel. This is a concrete lined channel and seepage and leakage from this channel is very possibility and hence this course is very helpful for investigation and repair of leakage paths.
